What are 4 types of chocolate dessert?

Chocolate is one of the most popular ingredients to add to, a dessert recipe along with eggs, butter, and cream. Its popularity has increased over the years with the ease of transportation of the famous cocoa beans, making chocolate accessible to everyone in the world. Chocolate is used in millions of desserts. The first of the four most popular chocolate recipes loved by the world is chocolate cake; this comes in many forms from chocolate fudge cake to easy no-bake chocolate cheesecakes. Then of course we have the famous chocolate brownie, which comes in thick-cut squares of rich chocolate flavor. They’re dense, super-moist, and often have a gooey texture. I would say that a brownie is a cross between a cake and a cookie in texture, and can be served both at room temperature, or warm with a scoop of ice cream. This brings us nicely to our next dessert, chocolate ice cream! A dessert by itself or served in a cone or as a topping, the list of ways to use ice cream in your recipes is endless, from ice cream sundaes to a simple bowl of ice cream and everything in between. Last but not least, we have probably the most famous cookie in the world, the chocolate chip cookie. The flavor of the chocolate chip cookies is like no other, the sweet taste you get from the caramelized butter and sugar, which happens while it bakes, to the added tiny chocolate chips that add depth and layers to the cookie itself. Simply put, chocolate chip cookies are delicious.

What is the melting point of chocolate?

Did you know that each type of chocolate has a different melting point? The general rule for melting chocolate is the more milk fat to the percentage of cocoa, the lower the melting point. Milk chocolate’s melting point falls between 40°C and 45°C (104°F and 113°F), while white chocolate, which is higher in fat melts at around 37°C and 43°C (98°F and 109°F). However, dark chocolate has a lower percentage of fat than cocoa, meaning the melting point is much higher. Dark chocolate starts melting at around 46°C (114 °F).
