Cream Brownie dessert in a glass. A quick and easy dessert to put together using leftover brownies, fresh strawberries, and whipped cream.

Cream Brownie Dessert
Ingredients
- 150 g Whipped cream
- 250 g Fresh strawberries
- 2 Brownie squares Large
- 2 Sprigs of fresh mint
Instructions
- Firstly wash and slice your strawberries leaving a couple of strawberries whole to garnish.250 g Fresh strawberries
- Next place whipped cream into a pipping bag ( I used ready whipped cream )and set to one side.150 g Whipped cream
- Cut two large squares of brownie into small chunks.2 Brownie squares
- Grab yourself two dessert glasses.
- Now for the fun part of assembling your dessert, layer up your cream brownie dessert, I started with whipped cream then added sliced strawberries and chocolate brownie pieces then topped with whipped cream, and continued my layers like that.
- Once your Dessert glass is full, finish with a squirt of whipped cream, then add a strawberry and a sprig of mint to garnish.2 Sprigs of fresh mint

You’ll love making these fun cream brownie desserts in a jar for family and friends. They are so easy to put together and take no time at all to make. This brownie dessert is one that we treat ourselves to a lot during the summer months when our homegrown strawberries are in season.

Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits, my kids too, hence why I’ve taken up growing my own. These bright red berries contain so much goodness and are a great addition to your diet. Strawberries are among the top 20 fruits that are high in vitamin C and antioxidants. Antioxidants are substances that may protect your cells against free radicals; these play a role in illnesses such as heart disease and some types of cancers. One serving of strawberries provides more vitamin C than an orange. Strawberries may also help regulate your blood pressure, boost your fiber intake, help lower bad cholesterol, and may even help maintain your vision. Strawberries are one of nature’s healthiest desserts.
How many strawberries should I eat in a day?
Strawberries, as we know are very healthy for us and are a great addition to our daily diet. But you should eat strawberries in moderation, just like many fruits. Fruits are typically high in sugar, for example, one cup of strawberries contains 8.12 mg of sugar. One serving is about 8 strawberries.
Remember, this is a dessert you can have fun with. Why not try adding different fruit or even a berry compote instead, maybe add yogurt instead of whipped cream and chocolate cake in place of chocolate brownies. Desserts in a jar are a great way to experiment with flavors and food combinations. You’ll see a lot of desserts similar to this brownie one on our social media pages. Sometimes I even grab an ice cream sundae glass and change up the fresh whipped cream and swap it for vanilla ice cream.
