Iced Dalgona Coffee
This whipped iced Dalgona coffee is so deliciously creamy, fluffy, and light. Perfect for any coffee lover.

Made with three simple ingredients, this Dalgona coffee recipe will make your day! This whipped coffee is one of my favorite coffee drinks. If you’re a coffee-lover, you should give this gorgeous-looking drink a try, trust me, you won’t regret it.

The first time I made this delicious iced coffee I did it as a hand whisk challenge on our YouTube channel just for fun. My arms were aching after the whisking, but the taste was well worth the effort in the end. I would highly recommend using an electric whisk if you're thinking of making this Iced Dalgona recipe.
What is Dalgona coffee?
Dalgona coffee originates from South Korea. It got its name because of its resemblance to Korean candy called Dalgona candy. Also, it's very similar to the honeycomb toffee we can buy in supermarkets. Dalgona coffee is a drink made by whipping equal portions of instant coffee granules, sugar, and hot water until it becomes thick and creamy, then simply adding it to ice-cold or hot milk. I’m so glad I tried out this trending TikTok coffee as it became my favorite summertime drink. It’s super simple to make too, and I’m glad it was, as there is nowhere to buy Dalgona coffee near me.
Is dalgona coffee a healthy drink?
Like regular coffee, Dalgona coffee can give you an Instant Energy Boost, increasing energy levels, reducing fatigue, and leaving you feeling smarter. Also, instant coffee may have benefits for your health, as it contains several beneficial antioxidants and nutrients that can help with reducing your risk of liver disease and type 2 diabetes.

I loved the Dalgona whip taste so much that I even added it to my chocolate chip cookies. My Dalgona chocolate chip cookies were a big hit on my coffee mornings and I was asked for the recipe by a few of my friends too.

What’s the best type of coffee to make the dalgona whip by hand?
To make the Dalgona whip you can use any instant coffee you have at home, I use Nescafé Gold Blend Instant Coffee which seems to work really well. Remember though that hand whipping Dalgona coffee is a bit of a work out so I would suggest using a hand mixer ( https://amzn.to/3A5Mhh0 ), their not expensive and come in so handy on loads of different recipes.
I am impressed, this is a beautiful coffee.
Glad you enjoyed your caffeine hit! 😁
