How to make a smoothie bowl

As far as smoothie bowls go, you can add any fruit and veg combinations together. Add in a little liquid, maybe even a little sweetener such as maple syrup or honey, and that’s your basic smoothie bowl recipe. I always add a mix of fresh and frozen fruit to my smoothie bowls as I love mine thick and creamy. Once you have blended all your ingredients together, simply pour them into a bowl and top with some of your favorite toppings. I normally add berries, granola, or slices of fruit, but it’s your breakfast so you can add whatever you like.

My Go-To Smoothie Gadgets

To whip up my smoothies, I rely on a trusty Ninja food processor and blender. This dynamic duo has been a kitchen staple for years, consistently delivering smooth and delicious results. I wholeheartedly recommend investing in a similar tool. For individual smoothie bowls, I utilize the convenient cup attachment. However, when preparing larger batches for the family, the spacious jug is the way to go. If you’re seeking a more compact option for personal smoothies, consider the Ninja Nutri Slim blender and smoothie maker. This sleek appliance, often compared to the Nutri Bullet, has garnered excellent reviews and boasts a 5-star rating on Amazon.

    1. Yes of course you can either just blend your smoothie longer to make it more juicy than thick. Or you can add extra milk or water to thin it down, this can be a great way to consume smoothies over a few hours or meals, it might that quench that mid morning hunger 🙂
