  • To make this thick blue smoothie add your bananas, white grapes, coconut yogurt and blue spirulina into a blender.
    2 Large Bananas, 170 Grams White grapes, 60 Milliliters Coconut yogurt, 1 Teaspoon Blue spirulina powder

  • Blend your fruity ingredients together until thick and smooth; the texture should be just like a whippy ice cream.

  • Once your smoothie ingredients are blended, slice your dragon fruit and strawberries.

I find that a blender with a tamper attachment makes light work creating the perfect thick creamy texture needed for cold acai bowls.
For this recipe I topped the acai bowl with dragon fruit, strawberries, and blueberries, but you can top with any toppings you like.
