- 400 Grams Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 60 Grams Pecans roughly chopped
- 60 Grams Almonds roughly chopped
- 60 Grams Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 120 Milliliters Melted coconut oil or olive oil
- 120 Milliliters Maple syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 100 Grams Raisins
- 50 Grams Unsweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, chopped pecans, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well combined.400 Grams Old-fashioned rolled oats, 60 Grams Pecans, 60 Grams Almonds, 60 Grams Walnuts, 1/2 Teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- Pour the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.120 Milliliters Melted coconut oil or olive oil, 120 Milliliters Maple syrup, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
- Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mixture is lightly toasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.

- Transfer the granola to an airtight container for storage. Serve with your choice of milk, yogurt, or as a topping for smoothie bowls.
Notes
- Feel free to add other nuts, seeds, or dried fruits based on your preferences.
- If you prefer a sweeter granola, consider adding a drizzle of honey or additional maple syrup.
- For a crunchier texture, leave the granola in the oven a few minutes longer, but watch closely to prevent burning.
