Blue Ice Lollies
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Frozen Bananas
- 25 Grams Frozen blueberries
- 50 Grams Frozen strawberries
- 125 Milliliters Plain yogurt
- 250 Milliliters Milk I used coconut milk but you can use any milk you like
- 1 Tablespoon Honey or sweetener of your choice
- 2 Teaspoons Blue spirulina powder
- 150 Milliliters Plain yogurt for the layers
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients except the 150 Milliliters of Plain yogurt (we need to save this for the layers) into a blender and blend until smooth.2 Medium Frozen Bananas, 25 Grams Frozen blueberries, 50 Grams Frozen strawberries, 125 Milliliters Plain yogurt, 250 Milliliters Milk, 1 Tablespoon Honey, 2 Teaspoons Blue spirulina powder
- Get your ice lolly molds and begin to layer each mold with a little blue smoothie, then a spoonful of plain yogurt, keep layering until all the molds are full.150 Milliliters Plain yogurt
- Add a wooden stick to each mold.
- Place the filled ice lolly mold into the freezer for around 4 hours or until frozen.
- When you're ready to serve your ice lollies take them out of the silicon molds and serve immediately.
