Of course you can make good use of your Christmas leftovers by making a turkey sandwich with cranberry sauce. Try adding a little sauce to a yogurt and granola breakfast in the morning. Or topping your French toast with warm cranberry sauce and fresh whipped cream. Or even toast a bagel, smother it in cream cheese and add a dollop of sauce to top it off. Last but not least one of my favorites, muddle the cranberry sauce. Then add a little to the bottom of a champagne glass and top it off with your favorite bottle of bubbly, you can thank me later for that one.
