  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
    Preheat oven 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.

  • Add the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas and mix everything until well combined.
    180 Grams Rolled oats, 160 Milliliters Milk, 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup, 100 Grams Peanut butter, 100 Grams Dark chocolate chips, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Pinch Salt

  • Use a cookie scoop to form small balls and place them onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake the energy balls in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
