Oat Cookie Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 3 Bananas ripe
- 180 Grams Rolled oats
- 160 Milliliters Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup
- 100 Grams Peanut butter
- 100 Grams Dark chocolate chips
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.3 Bananas
- Add the rolled oats, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, dark chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas and mix everything until well combined.180 Grams Rolled oats, 160 Milliliters Milk, 1 Tablespoon Maple syrup, 100 Grams Peanut butter, 100 Grams Dark chocolate chips, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla, Pinch Salt
- Use a cookie scoop to form small balls and place them onto a baking sheet.
- Bake the energy balls in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
