Ingredients
 
 

  • 400 Grams Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 60 Grams Sliced almonds
  • 60 Grams Pecan halves roughly chopped
  • 35 Grams Pumpkin seeds
  • 35 Grams Sunflower seeds
  • 50 Grams Unsweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut
  • 75 Grams Raisins
  • 75 Grams Dried apricots chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, sliced almonds, chopped pecans, raw pumpkin seeds, raw sunflower seeds, unsweetened coconut flakes, cinnamon, and sea salt (if using). Stir until well combined.
    400 Grams Old fashioned rolled oats, 60 Grams Sliced almonds, 60 Grams Pecan halves, 35 Grams Pumpkin seeds, 35 Grams Sunflower seeds, 50 Grams Unsweetened coconut flakes or desiccated coconut, 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, 1/8 Teaspoon Sea salt

  • Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet.

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mixture is lightly toasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mixture cool completely.
  • Once cooled, stir in the raisins and chopped apricots.

  • Transfer the muesli to an airtight container for storage.

  • Serve with your choice of milk, yogurt, or as a topping for smoothie bowls.
