Peach Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 40 Grams Oats
- 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
- 125 Milliliters Milk
- 125 Milliliters Natural yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Peach juice From the tin
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 50 Grams Chopped peaches
Instructions
- First, dice the tinned peaches into tiny cubes.50 Grams Chopped peaches
- Into a Mason jar or lidded container add the oats, chia seeds, milk, natural yogurt, ground cinnamon, chopped peaches, and maple syrup.40 Grams Oats, 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds, 125 Milliliters Milk, 125 Milliliters Natural yogurt, 1 Teaspoon Peach juice, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, Pinch Salt
- Then stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Place the lid onto the jar and put it into your refrigerator for 4 hours or even better overnight to chill.
- The next day remove the lid, stir, and your breakfast is ready to enjoy.
- Optionally, you can top it with more diced peaches, and another drizzle of maple syrup for an extra indulgent breakfast.
