Blue Spirulina Smoothie
Equipment
- Glasses
Ingredients
- 2 Bananas frozen
- 25 Grams Blueberries
- 50 Grams Strawberries
- 125 Milliliters Plain yogurt
- 250 Milliliters Coconut Milk any milk is fine
- 1 Tablespoon Honey or sweetener of your choice
- 2 Teaspoons Blue spirulina powder
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.2 Bananas, 25 Grams Blueberries, 50 Grams Strawberries, 125 Milliliters Plain yogurt, 250 Milliliters Coconut Milk, 1 Tablespoon Honey, 2 Teaspoons Blue spirulina powder
- Pour into two glasses and garnish with a strawberry (garnishing is optional).
- Serve, and enjoy.
Notes
- Frozen Fruit: Use frozen fruit instead of ice cubes for a thicker, creamier texture without diluting flavor.
