Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine old-fashioned rolled oats, chopped pecans, chopped almonds, chopped walnuts, and ground cinnamon. Stir until well combined.
Pour the oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
120 Milliliters Melted coconut oil or olive oil, 120 Milliliters Maple syrup, 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the mixture is lightly toasted and fragrant. Keep an eye on it to avoid burning.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mixture cool completely. Once cooled, stir in raisins and unsweetened coconut flakes.
