  • First, dice the tinned peaches into tiny cubes.
    50 Grams Chopped peaches
  • Into a Mason jar or lidded container add the oats, chia seeds, milk, natural yogurt, ground cinnamon, chopped peaches, and maple syrup.
    40 Grams Oats, 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds, 125 Milliliters Milk, 125 Milliliters Natural yogurt, 1 Teaspoon Peach juice, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, Pinch Salt

  • Then stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Place the lid onto the jar and put it into your refrigerator for 4 hours or even better overnight to chill.

  • The next day remove the lid, stir, and your breakfast is ready to enjoy.
  • Optionally, you can top it with more diced peaches, and another drizzle of maple syrup for an extra indulgent breakfast.

Tips and Tricks
Fruit Variations: Feel free to substitute or add other fruits like berries, mango, or bananas for variety.
Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding a bit of honey or maple syrup.
Consistency: If you prefer a thicker consistency, reduce the amount of milk slightly.
Storage: These oats can be prepared up to 3 days in advance. Just keep them refrigerated and give them a good stir before eating.
