  • Place the diced watermelon and fresh basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press and crush the watermelon and basil together, releasing their flavors.
    40 Grams Watermelon, 4-5 Basil leaves

  • Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and basil syrup to the shaker.
    60 milliliters Gin, 22 Milliliters Lemon juice, 15 Milliliters Basil syrup
  • Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.
    Ice cubes
  • Strain the mixture into two cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a small basil leaf or a watermelon slice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
