Watermelon Basil Gin Smash
Ingredients
- 40 Grams Watermelon ( Fresh & diced)
- 60 milliliters Gin
- 4-5 Basil leaves Fresh
- 22 Milliliters Lemon juice Fresh
- 15 Milliliters Basil syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the diced watermelon and fresh basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press and crush the watermelon and basil together, releasing their flavors.40 Grams Watermelon, 4-5 Basil leaves
- Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, and basil syrup to the shaker.60 milliliters Gin, 22 Milliliters Lemon juice, 15 Milliliters Basil syrup
- Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the mixture is well chilled.Ice cubes
- Strain the mixture into two cocktail glasses filled with ice. Garnish with a small basil leaf or a watermelon slice if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- If you prefer a sweeter drink, increase the amount of basil syrup slightly.
- For a super refreshing cocktail, chill your glasses in the freezer before serving.
