Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces. Season with garlic powder and pepper, then coat with corn flour.
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok or deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces (shake off excess corn flour) and cook for about 4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate.
3 Tablespoons Olive oil
Add the sliced onions to the pan and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
1 Small Red onion
Add the broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
300 Grams Broccoli florets, 1/2 Bell pepper
Return the cooked chicken to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce. Stir well and let it bubble for less than a minute until the sauce thickens, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Remove the pan from the heat.
Serve the teriyaki chicken stir fry immediately. Enjoy!
