Tips & TricksIf you're using a handheld blender, I would suggest crushing the mini eggs a little in their packets with a rolling pin first, this will make it easier to blend.To make your ice cream easy to scoop, leave it out at room temperature for a few minutes.Serve straight away before the ice cream fully melts.
