Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and two ice cubes into a cocktail shaker or Mason jar.
2 Large Ice cubes,
1 tsp sugar
Pour a double shot of espresso (80mls) into the Cocktail shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
80 ml Double espresso
Into a coffee mug add in a few ice cubes.
120 g Ice cubes
Then pour over the shaken coffee mixture.
80 ml Double espresso
Froth up your milk.
150 g Milk
Lastly, pour your frothed cold milk slowly over your iced coffee.
