First break 300g white chocolate into a Pyrex bowl.
300 g White chocolate
Then melt the chocolate over a saucepan of simmering water, making sure the water doesn’t touch the bottom of the bowl; keep stirring until melted or melt in the microwave stirring every 30 secs until melted.
Add a few drops of pink food coloring and mix until the color is even throughout.
1 teaspoon Pink food coloring
How to make the chocolate heart mold
Pour the melted chocolate into your heart-shaped mould and spread a thin layer making sure that each heart is completely covered.
Pop your heart mold in the fridge for 10 minutes.
To keep the melted chocolate warm, place the bowl back over the sauce pan, this way you wont have to melt it again (don't place the pan on the heat)
Once set give each heart another coat of melted chocolate ensuring the edges are well covered so they don’t break when you remove them from the silicon molds.
Put them back in the fridge for 10 more minutes.
Once set you can pop out the chocolate and place onto a chopping board ready to top.

Tips and tricksI found that coating the chocolate twice in the silicone heart molds before popping them out worked best, this insured that the edges wouldn’t break while trying to get them out.If you find that your chocolate sticks to the candy mold, it is usually caused by moisture. If your heart mold is still too warm, you will need to pop it back in the fridge and make sure its cold and hard before you attempt to remove the heart from the mold again. Always clean your molds thoroughly between uses to make sure you don't get any problems the next time you peel the mold from your breakable heart. You’ll need to work quickly when adding the drizzle and sprinkles on at the end as the chocolate heart has been in the fridge and it will start setting very quickly.
