An assortment of tiny toppings such as strands, granola, chocolate jazzies, chocolate curls
Instructions
To make the chocolate shards, brake up both white and milk chocolate into separate bowls and melt. You can do this by placing the bowl over a simmering pan of water for a couple of minutes or using a microwave and stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the milk chocolate onto the tray and smooth with a spatula,
Then drizzle the white chocolate over the top and using a skewer swirl the two chocolates together.
Before the chocolate sets add on your choice of tiny toppings, I used what I had to hand which were chocolate strands, granola, chocolate jazzies, chocolate curls, and mini smarties. But you can use whatever you like the skies the limit.
Place the tray into the fridge to cool and set. Once it's set, cut your chocolate into shards. I found it easier to cut the chocolate using my rocking pizza cutter.
