These raspberry & marshmallow waffle cone s'mores are super simple to make and taste delicious. The warm gooey marshmallows with melted chocolate are the best combo ever.
There are lots of ways to cook s’mores, you can cook them in a pre-heated oven at 170°C for 5 minutes.
Add a little chocolate syrup to the bottom of each cone then simply add in your mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, chocolate squares and raspberries.
6 Waffle cones, 6 tbsp Chocolate syrup, 60 g Mini marshmallows, 120 g Squares of milk chocolate, 60 g Chocolate chips, 100 g Fresh raspberries
Wrap each filled cone tightly with foil making sure there are no gaps, you don’t want your melted s’mores to leak out while their cooking.
How to cook cone s'mores over a BBQ
On a heated BBQ grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning over halfway to make sure its cooked through.
