In a Mason jar or a container with a lid, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, oat milk, vegan yogurt, ground cinnamon, chopped apple, a pinch of salt, and maple syrup.
40 grams Oats, 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds, 125 milliliters Oat Milk, 125 milliliters Vegan natural yogurt, ½ Teaspoon Maple syrup, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, Pinch Salt
Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed. Seal the jar with the lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, to chill.
The next day, remove the lid, give the mixture a stir, and your breakfast is ready to be enjoyed.
Optionally, you can garnish with additional diced apples, pecans, and a drizzle of maple syrup for a more decadent breakfast experience.
