Instructions
Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
1 cup strawberries,
1 cup blueberries,
5¼ oz grapes,
2 peaches,
1 mango,
2 kiwi,
2 clementines
In a small bowl, mix together the honey and fresh lime or lemon juice.
1 tablespoon honey,
1 lime
Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
Sprinkle over the chopped mint if using, and give it one final gentle mix.

Serve immediately, or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving for an extra refreshing taste.

The sweeter the fruit, the better the salad will taste.

Combine soft and firm fruits for the best bite.

Add pineapple, watermelon, or raspberries depending on what’s in season.
