In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine: warm water, active dry yeast, soft brown sugar and optional Italian herbs.

Stir gently and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, or until frothy and bubbles form.

Mix the Dough:

Assemble the Pizza
