Instructions
Add the sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to a small mixing bowl.

1 teaspoon lemon juice,
pinch kosher salt,
pinch black pepper
Stir until smooth and well combined.
Add the chopped chives and mix until evenly distributed.
3 tablespoons chives
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a few extra chives.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to use.
