Chill the glasses, prosecco, and vodka well before you begin.
Add the lemon sorbet, prosecco, and vodka to a blender.

500 Milliliters Lemon sorbet
Blend until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Pour the cocktail into 4 well-chilled glasses.
Garnish with a splash of whipped cream, a mint sprig, and a lemon wedge if using.
