Tips & Tricks
No Time for Concentrate?
You can skip the sole prep by mixing ¼ - ½ teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt directly into your morning glass of water.
Adjust the Flavor:
If the salty taste is too strong, start with a smaller amount of salt or add more water. Lemon or ACV can help balance the flavor.
Hydration Boost:
This drink helps encourage morning hydration. Always follow up with more water throughout the day.
Quality Matters:
Use high-quality,
unrefined pink Himalayan salt
to get the best mineral content and taste.
Storage Tip:
Sole water lasts indefinitely when stored at room temperature in a sealed jar. Refill with water and salt as needed.
Listen to Your Body:
If you experience bloating or discomfort, consult a healthcare professional.
