Tips & Tricks
Creamier texture:
Add an extra tablespoon of Greek yogurt per serving before chilling.
Adjust sweetness:
If your lemon curd is quite tart, stir 1-2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup into the oat mixture.
Thinner oats:
Add a splash of milk before serving and stir well to loosen the texture.
Meal prep win:
These overnight oats keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Extra toppings:
Fresh berries, crushed biscuits, toasted almonds, or coconut pair beautifully with lemon curd.
