Instructions
Cut the lemon in half. Juice one half and slice the remaining lemon into thin rounds.

Divide the lemon juice and slices evenly between two mugs.

Add the sliced ginger and lemon to each mug.
Pour freshly boiled water into each mug, filling to the top.
2 cups hot water
Let the tea steep for about 3 minutes, or until it’s cool enough to sip.
Stir in honey to taste, if desired, and serve warm.
