This is a classic cappuccino recipe with an iced, spiced surprise. The Pumpkin pie spice adds the perfect kick of flavor that tastes delicious with the gorgeous classic cappuccino drink.

Ingredients

1 Shot Espresso Nespresso capsule Your favorite flavor
60 Grams Ice cubes
100 Milliliters Full-fat milk Cold
1 Teaspoon Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice I used my homemade pumpkin pie spice
Whipped cream Optional
1 Pinch Chocolate shavings Optional

Instructions

Add the ice, sugar and pumpkin spice into a coffee mug.
60 Grams Ice cubes, 1 Teaspoon Sugar, 1/4 Teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
Pour one Nespresso coffee capsule over the sugar, spice and ice and mix well.
1 Shot Espresso Nespresso capsule
Next pour 100 ml of milk into the Aeroccino milk frother and press the cold froth button.
100 Milliliters Full-fat milk
Once the milk has finished being frothed gently pour the cold milk froth over your coffee.

Lastly grate a few chocolate shavings to the top and serve.

Tips and tricks for the perfect iced coffee

If you don't have a Nespresso machine you can use any shot of espresso you like.

If you don't have an Aeroccino frother you can use a handheld frother or even a whisk.
