Instructions
Bring 1 liter of water per 100g of rice noodles to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add a pinch of salt if desired.

Add the rice noodles and reduce the heat to a gentle simmer.

Cook for 4-5 minutes, with the lid on, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once tender, drain the noodles using a strainer. Rinse briefly with warm water if needed.
Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or sauces.

Tips & Tricks
Soaking Option:
For a softer texture, soak the noodles in hot water for 5-10 minutes before cooking, then boil for just 1-2 minutes.
Prevent Stickiness:
Toss the cooked noodles with a little sesame oil or neutral oil to keep them from clumping.
Rinsing Trick:
If the noodles seem too starchy, rinse them with warm water after draining to remove excess starch.
