Instructions
Grab yourself a chopping board and using the Mickey mouse cookie cutter, press out the middle of the slice of bread. Set the Mickey face to one side.
Now add 1 teaspoon of butter into a frying pan and melt over a low heat.
Place both pieces of bread (the cutout and the hole) into the frying pan.
After about a minute turn both pieces of bread over.
Crack a large egg directly into the mickey mouse shaped hole.
And cook for a couple of minutes insuring that the egg is cooked.
Using a spatula place both pieces of bread onto a plate, season with salt and black pepper and serve immediately.
Notes
Tips and Tricks
If you like your egg yolk cooked more just place a lid over the pan when cooking.
