Instructions
Add the coconut milk, tequila, lime juice, and agave to a small pitcher.
240 ml Full-fat coconut milk,
120 ml Tequila,
60 ml Lime juice,
1 tablespoon Agave
Whisk until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
Pour a little lime juice or agave onto a small plate. Dip the rim of each glass into it to lightly coat.
Place the desiccated coconut flakes on a separate plate, then dip each rim into the coconut until coated.

Carefully add ice to each glass.
4 Ice cubes
Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses.
Garnish each glass with a lime wedge and serve.

Tips and Tricks
Whisk well so the coconut milk blends smoothly with the other ingredients.
Use just enough lime juice or agave on the rim so the coconut sticks without becoming messy.
Rim the glasses before adding ice for a cleaner finish.
