Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, kosher salt, and black pepper to a small mixing bowl.

1 tablespoon lemon juice,
½ teaspoon kosher salt,
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Whisk until the dressing is smooth and fully combined.
Core and dice the apple into ¾-inch pieces, halve the grapes, and thinly slice the celery.

1 cup seedless red grapes
Add the diced chicken, apple, grapes, celery, and walnuts to a large mixing bowl.
2 cups cooked chicken breast,
1 cup thinly sliced celery,
1 cup walnuts
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Serve the salad over green leaf lettuce, if using.

Finish with a small pinch of black pepper, if desired.
Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Notes
Tips and Tricks
Use cooked chicken breast that has been cooled before mixing.
Dice the chicken and apple into similar-sized pieces for a better texture.
Halve the grapes so they mix evenly through the salad.
Slice the celery thinly so it adds crunch without taking over.
Toss gently so the apples, grapes, and walnuts keep their shape.
Keep the salad covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
