Slice the bagel and toast it to your preferred level of crispness. Set aside while you prepare the fillings.
1 Everything Bagel
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the butter. Once melted and foamy, crack the egg into the pan.
½ Tablespoon Salted Butter
Cook the egg until the whites are set and the edges are lightly crisp. If you prefer a fully cooked yolk, gently flip the egg and lower the heat to medium-low, cooking for another minute.
1 Large Eggs
Remove the egg from the skillet and set aside. In the same pan, cook the bacon until golden and crispy, turning as needed. Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
2 Slices Streaky bacon
Spread the guacamole evenly over the bottom half of the toasted bagel.
