Into a Mason jar or lidded container add the oats, chia seeds, milk, natural yogurt, ground cinnamon, chopped apple, and maple syrup.
40 grams Oats, 1 Teaspoon Chia seeds, 125 milliliters Milk, 125 milliliters Natural yogurt, ½ Teaspoon Maple syrup, ¼ Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon, Pinch Salt
Then stir thoroughly until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Place the lid onto the jar and put it into your refrigerator for 4 hours or even better overnight to chill.
The next day remove the lid, stir, and your breakfast is ready to enjoy.
Optionally, you can top it with more diced apples, pecans, and another drizzle of maple syrup for an extra indulgent breakfast.
