Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F / 180°C.
Slice the baguette in half, then cut each piece in half lengthways.

Add the butter, minced garlic, and dried Italian herbs to a small mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
50 Grams Salted butter,
1 Garlic clove,
1 Teaspoon Dried Italian herbs
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the top.

Place the bread into the air fryer.
Cook for 5 minutes, then serve warm.

Tips and Tricks
Spread the garlic butter evenly so each piece gets plenty of flavor.
Use softened butter if possible to make mixing and spreading easier.
Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly for a more consistent cheesy topping.
Keep an eye on the bread as it cooks, since air fryers can vary slightly.
