2  Large Eggs 

500 ml  Milk 

125 ml  Sunflower Oil 

1 tbsp  Baking Powder 

3 tbsp  Sugar

½ tsp  Salt

1 tsp  Vanilla Extract 

PReparation

The first step is to preheat your waffle iron and set it to one side.

In a mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt and give it a little mix.

Then using 2 mixing bowls separate the eggs whites, placing the whites in one bowl & the yolks in the other. Whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.

Grab the mixing bowl with the egg yolks and add in the sunflower oil, milk, and vanilla extract and mix well.

Add in the egg yolk mixture to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix well until fully incorporated.

Lastly fold in your egg whites slowly.

When your waffle iron has heated up, spray with a little nonstick cooking spray or spray oil.

Pour the correct amount of waffle batter onto your waffle iron (each iron has different amounts).

It only takes about a minute to cook each waffle.

Final Step

Remove from the waffle iron and top with your favorite toppings.
